StoriesIG is a free, browser-based Instagram story viewer with no accounts and no sign-up, so there is no support login and no ticket portal. One email address handles everything.
Write to [email protected]. Messages are read and answered as quickly as we reasonably can; please allow a few business days for a reply.
So that we can help on the first reply, include the page or feature you were using, the username or link you tried (as long as it belongs to a public account), the browser and device you were on, and the exact wording of any message the site showed you.

What You Can Write To Us About
Support and bug reports: a profile that will not load, a download that does not start, a page that renders incorrectly, or anything else that behaves unexpectedly.
Privacy questions: anything about the privacy policy, about the information described there, or a request concerning information relating to you.
Copyright and removal requests: if material reachable through this site infringes your copyright, send the notice described on the DMCA page so that it can be acted on without delay.
Advertising and business enquiries, feedback on the tool, and corrections to anything written on this site are all welcome at the same address.

Try This Before Writing
Many questions are answered on the home page: the troubleshooting section covers profiles that will not load, media that did not save, usernames that are not found, server problems and slow downloads, and the FAQ section answers the questions we are asked most often.
Two things cannot be fixed by writing to us. StoriesIG cannot open a private account — only content Instagram already publishes publicly can be reached — and it cannot recover a story that has already expired or an account that has been deleted.
We cannot give legal advice, and we cannot act on behalf of an Instagram account that is not yours.
